OUR STORY
OUR NAME IS OUR STRENGTH. WE ARE BUTCHERS SINCE 1946 AND OUR NAME COMES FROM THIS FACT. OUR GRANDFATHER AHMET SARITAS STARTED BUSINESS WITH A SMALL BUTCHER SHOP IN USKUDAR, ISTANBUL 70 YEARS AGO. HE WAS RECOGNIZED AS BEST MEAT MEN IN ISTANBUL IN A SHORT TIME AND STARTED TO MAKE WHOLESALE AND RETAIL SALE OF MEAT PRODUCTS TO WHOLE TURKEY. AHMET BEY ACCEPTED HIS CLIENTS AS MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY, AND DO NOT FEED OTHER WITH MEATS WHICH HE WON'T FEED HIS FAMILY.

WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS SINCE WE WERE BORN. WE LOVE AND KNOW THE MEAT. AS A 3TH GENERATION WE FOCUSED ON RUNNING A RESTAURANT WITH ALL OF OUR KNOW-HOW AND WE FOUND THE GLOBAL RESTAURANT INVESTMENTS JOINT CORPORATION.
